Why are you holding on to all that junk in your basement/garage?

Why is your closet full of clothes you haven’t worn in a really long time?

Why are you leading someone along when you aren’t really in love?

Think about it – isn’t it possible that person or item was put on this earth to make someone specific deliriously happy?

And if so, why are you keeping it from them?

Clean out the clutter.  If you are emotionally attached to something, take a photo of it to preserve the memory.  Then let it go.

Donate items to museums or secondhand stores who support local charities.

Give books and movies to an inner city school or senior’s home.

Clean, sort and bag clothing and drop them off at a shelter.

If leaving a relationship, be kind.  Let them know they deserve true love and encourage them to go out and find it.

If there are things in your life that are just taking up space and weighing you down, let them go.

If there are things in your life that bring you joy, hold on to them.  Enjoy them and relish in the fact that you are deliriously happy.
