If you are trying to lose weight and snacking after supper is your biggest bad habit, try this:

Right after you are finished your supper…..


Think about it… will probably be less likely to snack later if your mouth is already clean and minty.

You will be less likely to snack if you know that it means you will have to brush your teeth again later.

It gives you one less thing to do before bed.


Your food won’t sit on your teeth and in your gums for too long after eating…..which would probably give you a thumbs-up from a dental hygienist. 

Tell yourself you can only drink water.
