SUPER SIMPLE SLOW COOKER PULLED PORK

You need:

-900g (2.2 lbs)  of pork tenderloin (if you use more or less, that is okay!)

-Large bottle of root beer

-one slow cooker

-buns and lots of BBQ sauce

Step one: Put the tenderloin in the slow cooker.  Pour root beer over it until covered.  Cover with lid and put on low heat for 7 hours.

Step two: drain out the root beer (or transfer the pork to a casserole dish), use 2 forks to shred the pork.  Add BBQ sauce.  Slop it onto a bun.  Maybe have some coleslaw on the side or a pickle, Whatever.

SUPER SIMPLE ONE DISH PEANUT SALSA CHICKEN

You need:

-between 3/4 and 1 cup of smooth peanut butter

-1 cup of salsa (or more if you want it really saucy)

-2-4 boneless skinless chicken boobies

-cut up root vegetables to fill the rest of the casserole dish (potatoes, carrots, zucchini, etc)

Step one: Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Spray a glass casserole dish (rectangle?  square?  I don’t care!) with non stick spray.

Step two: mix the peanut butter and salsa in a bowl.

Step three: put chicken and veggies in the casserole dish (all in one layer is best but if there is some overlapping I won’t judge) then pour your sauce over all of it.

Step four: Cook in oven for 45 minutes.  Feel free to stir up the veggies after 30 minutes, but the world won’t end if you don’t.

Step five: Enjoy your delicious chicken and veggies with nutty spicy sauce.  Yum.
