bad roommate

Think of your office coworkers as your “daytime roommates”.

They might take your food from the fridge or leave the microwave looking like a crime scene.

They might annoy the heck out of you, ask a ton of favors, invade your space, borrow your things or ignore you altogether (“Does Jim even work here anymore? I don’t think I have seen him in person for weeks….”).

Then again…they might be great listeners when you want to vent, step in to help when you are stressed, and you can share meals and laughs together.

You may not be able to choose them, but your daytime roommates can be just as important as your nighttime ones when it comes to contributing to your happiness.

Knowing this, you may want to ask yourself: “What kind of daytime roommate am I?”
